In addition to a long-lasting protection against corrosion and wear our solvent-free coatings achieve added value for various manufacturing and production facilities.
For our innovative coating and grout systems selected fillers are used in individual combinations to develop protection systems with the highest product qualities. Increasing functionality is achieved, by using PTFE as additional filler component, which promotes the cross-linking density of the polymer chains, creating an extremely smooth and self lubricating surface.
In the area of refurbishment and reconstruction of damaged fittings and machine components our special repair grout provide effective and durable restoration of damaged material.

Coatings for rollers
This product range has been specially designed for use on sleeves and rollers. By adding special carbide particles, we generate products with a very high cut resistance; an essential advantage in different application sectors such as paper, foil and textile industries. Novel conductive filler fibers also allow superior electrostatic discharge capability.
These specific coatings for rollers have a very good flowability and wetting property, the application can be carried out easily and efficiently. |
